Steven F. McLaughlin
Mr. McLaughlin has an extensive background operating multi-site, outpatient healthcare centers and partnering with hospital and long-term care homes to manage care delivery. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for the third largest provider of comprehensive sleep medicine services in the U.S. McLaughlin also served as Chief Executive Officer of HealthDrive, providers of medical, dental and vision services to residents of long-term care facilities. He spent 14 years in occupational health and urgent care medicine, including US HealthWorks, where he was the Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for 115 clinics throughout 15 states.

David J. Walz
Mr. Walz is a versatile healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience in hospital operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning within complex healthcare organizations. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Walz was Executive Director/Vice President of Operations at St. John’s Queens Hospital, a teaching division of Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers in New York, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, which included bottom line accountability for a $300 million operating budget.
John V. Capotorto, MD, MBA
Dr. Capotorto is a Harvard-trained, practicing adult and pediatric endocrinologist and is a co-founder of RestorixHealth. Capotorto is a thought leader in the wound care and hyperbaric industry and past-President of the American Association of Wound Care Management (AAWCM). He has worked relentlessly to promote and advance the concept of a multidisciplinary team approach to delivering state-of-the-art wound care, lecturing to reinforce the best clinical practice pathways. Capotorto received his MBA in Health Care Administration from the Zicklin School of Business and Mount Sinai School of Medicine where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. Despite his busy lecture and travel schedule, he maintains a small but busy general endocrine practice on Staten Island, New York. Over the years, he has been recognized with the JDRF Humanistic Award for his community service in caring for children with diabetes.

Ms. Hernandez is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in multi-state, multi-site outpatient healthcare operations, strategic planning, acquisition and de novo development. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Hernandez spent 20 years with U.S. HealthWorks, a Dignity Health subsidiary, where she held multiple roles including Senior Vice President of Operations, leading the firm’s largest operating division. During her time at U.S. HealthWorks, Hernandez was also responsible for the development of the firm’s merger and acquisition, de novo and strategic development programs. Hernandez also served as the senior executive responsible for strategy development between Dignity Health and U.S. HealthWorks.

Mr. Seiler has more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Seiler was the Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest ambulance companies in the U.S., guiding it through a restructuring and helping it double its size in less than five years to $160MM in revenue. Seiler later worked as the Chief Operating Officer and a Chief Financial Officer for a Philadelphia-based ambulance company that he successfully turned around. He has a proven track record of building strong accounting and finance departments and providing financial leadership for companies in a variety of industries. Seiler has led the effort on several large acquisitions and guided businesses through complicated debt and equity offerings.

Ms. Boyd has more than 25 years of leadership experiencein the healthcare industry specializing in acute, post-acute and outpatient sales, business development strategy, building highly functioning sales teams and controlling P&L. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Boyd was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kindred Healthcare, Inc., the largest diversified provider of postacute care services in the U.S. Noted for herleadership in wellness programs, Boyd has served on several boards and was appointed to the board of directors at Livanta, LLC in 2014.

Lee C. Rogers, DPM
Dr. Rogers is a podiatrist, fellowship-trained in surgical limb salvage, who founded the first Amputation Prevention Centel’. He is the author more than 100 manuscripts and book chapters on the diabetic foot, including several that are designed to improve the process and protocols of treatment. He is the past chair of the Foot Care Council for the American Diabetes Association. Rogers received the 2011 Rising Star Award from the American Podiatric Medical Association for outstanding national accomplishments and he has been named by Podiatry Management Magazine as one of the most influential podiatrists in America. Rogers was selected as Educator of the Year by the California PodiatricMedical Association in 2012 and given the Master’s Award from the American Professional Wound Care Association in 2013. Rogers’s work has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, U.S. News and World Report and he’s been a guest on ABC’s The Doctors Show.
